Ownership & Leadership

Nontokozo Zakariah has been with the group of companies since 2015, immediately blazing a trail of her own with her natural-born leadership skills and unconventional but effective management style. In March of 2018, she was acknowledged by the shareholders as the clear choice to take on the CEO position. Under her leadership, the company has grown from a piece of registration paper to a multi-million-rand business.

At just 32 years old, Nontokozo has directed multi-business deals in both the private and public sectors. In 2021, she expanded the company’s reach beyond national borders by securing the group’s first international deal in Botswana. Alongside her leadership role, she has furthered her education at the Gordon Institute for Business Studies (GIBS). Her innovative vision and strategic expertise are instrumental in driving HF Engine Repairs forward.

Freek Gouws also plays an active role in the company’s operations, contributing his vast experience and industry knowledge to the business’s ongoing success. His 30 years of experience is a valuable asset that will ensure the continued high standard of business delivery.
